Quilted P{a}Lace explores themes of volume and quilted comfort. The work uses place as a portal to a dreamlike journey of physicality that uses active stillness as recuperation. Original music by Shi-An Costello on piano embraces the moment-to-moment spontaneity of live collaboration during performance.
